Thank you. There's nothing like starting Bible study off in Swahili. Oh, Amy, what is that? Swahili to a crazy microphone. Well, I missed you all so much last week.
0:18
I was in Ohio visiting my parents and it was so interesting because my dad is the youngest of 10 kids. My mom is the oldest of 10 kids. So we had a lot of family to visit, but my dad and I were just sharing how he doesn't have too much family left. Being the youngest of 10 kids, he only has one brother left and two sisters. And it just was such a visual for me that our days are numbered, aren't they, guys?
0:54
And one of the reasons we come to Bible study is so we can allow the Lord to teach us to number our days right, to be right with God, to be right with others, to be right with ourselves. I loved what Becca said last week about righteousness. How are we right with God? Righteousness comes from what? From being a good person?
1:20
No. Righteousness comes from believing God, from trusting in Him. And sin really is just saying, I don't believe you God. I don't believe what you say. I'm going to do what I want.
1:32
That's really the definition of sin. I love that she said that. And then she said, Sanctification. Do you remember the definition of sanctification? That it's just the process of becoming more righteous.
1:45
Love that. And we'll probably refer to those terms every week because it's important that we know those. You might think, Why? Well, I think it just makes our relationship with Him so much more rich. Today, we're going to be unpacking Romans five.
2:01
I'm so excited to share this chapter with you. It's just so amazing this morning in prayer. Susie said, you know, we can read Romans how many times and then when we come together to study it, the Lord just shows us new things and new truths and new nuggets and I sure got a lot out of this chapter. I'm praying that you will too. Let's ask the Lord to bless it.
2:26
Father, thank you so much for this cozy rainy day and beautiful Jackson Hole. Thank you for your amazing word. I pray that you bless every soul in this room for making you a priority this morning. I know you have a word for all of us and may we leave here just loving you a little bit more. In Jesus name, amen.
2:53
Okay. Romans one. I know in the book with Warren Wiersbe, he kind of gives you several blessings that come from being justified by faith, which is really what It's really just being a child of God. That's what he's saying. And he kind of unpacks the blessings a little bit differently than I did because with my brain, it just seems so clear to me that Paul is giving us four clear blessings before he introduces us to his subject of suffering.
3:28
Okay? And Romans five one, therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through Him also, we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand and rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Blessing number one, we have the hope of glory. We have the hope of glory.
3:57
Now, what the heck does that mean? If I were to ask you, what does it mean you have the hope of glory? Well, the Greek word for hope is confident expectation. Confident expectation. And the word for glory just means God's magnificence, God's goodness, God's love, God's splendor.
4:22
So what Paul is saying is child of God, daughter of the King, you can confidently expect to see God's goodness in your life. You can confidently expect to see the splendor of the Lord. I love this because, you know, Paul was a man like no other person I've ever heard of who suffered. He suffered so much physically. He suffered so much emotionally.
4:52
And yet he says, I expected to see the glory of the Lord and I saw it. I saw it. Not just in this life, but something incredible happened to Paul. In two Corinthians 12, Paul says, I'm not really sure what happened, but I don't know if it was just my body or if my spirit in my body or if it was just my spirit, but the Lord took me to heaven. And I got to see glimpses of His glory.
5:26
And it was unbelievable. Paul said, just what I heard, just what I heard. Imagine this guys, not even what he saw, just what I heard, I am forbidden to speak of because our human minds can even take it in. It is just so magnificent and so glorious. Paul said, you can confidently expect that is your eternity, but you can expect to see God moving in your life right now.
5:58
The second blessing that Paul mentions is that we have peace with God. He says, therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God. Did we not have peace with God before we were daughters of the king? Well, Romans one shares that we were hostile toward God in our human nature. Paul goes on in verse 10 to say that we were enemies, but through Jesus Christ, through the blood that Christine is saying about, we have been reconciled with God.
6:34
We're not enemies God is not against us. God is 100% for us. He is on our side. That's a huge blessing, guys. You know, I read this recent study that said every culture knows that a day of judgment is coming.
6:56
I thought that was fascinating because there are many different religions out there. Where does that thought come from? Well, Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes that God plants eternity in every heart. God plants those questions in every single one of us. Why do we even question what happens to us when we die?
7:18
Because God wants us to question that. He wants us to ask those questions. And I was thinking about the, you know, before we're believers and he's talking about the wrath of God in chapter one and how frightening that would be. Amy, if you want to put up slide number one, I got to see just a glimpse of God's power. This summer before I was going into high school, my brothers and I were in the garage with my parents and we were packing up the pickup truck with the camper hood on it because we were taking a little family vacation.
7:59
And this was like in the afternoon and it was storming and all of a sudden it just turned black outside. And my daddy said, Everybody in the basement now. So we all went to the basement and wow. The storm all of a sudden was totally quiet and then it sounded like a train was going over our head. And we could hear boards creaking and glass shattering.
8:30
And we walked out of that basement into what we thought was gonna be our kitchen, and we saw the sky. Complete disaster. A tornado had hit our house. And I will tell you, it was such a traumatic experience for me, I did not have my period for one year. And my mom took me to the doctor and he said, I see this when people go through a natural disaster or they have a traumatic experience, she'll be okay.
9:02
It will come back to her. But to get a glimpse, and that was a glimpse of the mighty power of the wrath of God, wow. I can't imagine, but praise God, you and I don't need to worry about that. Never. We have complete peace with God.
9:25
You know, I love that song that Christine's saying because before we're believers, we have bad blood with God, and now it's all good blood. The blood of Jesus, it's covered us. We're all good. Blessing number three I mean, I'm sorry. Yes.
9:42
Blessing number three, image number two. Verse two says, through whom also and the NIV drops the word also, but the original translation emphasizes, Through whom also we have access by faith. By trusting God, we have access to Him 20 fourseven. Now think about that. If you're a good parent, is there any time your child cannot call you or come to you?
10:15
No, I am available twenty fourseven. I sleep with my cell phone on my nightstand by my pillow because my two kids don't live here anymore and I want to be available to them 20 fourseven. They need mama and mama's there. Okay? So much more are fathers like that.
10:34
But I think this is just the most incredible visual. The curtain that you see was the veil that separated man from God's presence. And that's how it was set up until Jesus died on the cross. And we're told that that veil was at least 60 feet high, about four inches deep. There is no humanly possible way that a human could just rip that veil.
11:08
But in a very dramatic visual, Matthew tells us, when Jesus cried out in a loud voice on the cross, He gave up His spirit. At that moment, the curtain of the temple was torn from top to bottom. Just the sheer size and thickness made that a magnificent experience. So as Jesus' flesh was being torn on the cross for us, He, in a visual for us, tore that curtain and said, There is no more separation. You can go to the Father 20 fourseven.
11:45
That old way is done. What a blessing. What a blessing. There is never a moment of anxiety or stress or worry that I cannot talk to the Father about. And He's there.
11:59
He doesn't just say, You know what Deborah, I'm kind of busy right now running the world. 20 fourseven He's going to hear me and He's going to be there The for fourth blessing of being justified by faith, Paul says, is that we stand in grace, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand. Okay, why is this so important? What does that mean that we stand in grace? Well, just as we have full access, part of God's character is that He's immutable.
12:33
Immutable means God isn't moody like we are. He doesn't ever look at me and say, You know what? I am sick and tired of that prayer that you keep praying to me. He's like, Nope, I'm here for you again. I'm never sick and tired of you.
12:49
I love you with an unconditional love, and I'm always here to help you stand. And what does that grace mean? It means I've got God's favor. God, you know what He says in His word? This I just had to meditate on this summer for a while because, you know, I know what I'm capable of and God's word says that he takes delight in us.
13:15
And not just he takes delight, Zephaniah three seventeen says he takes great delight in you. God takes great delight in me. That's what he says. He says, You are my masterpiece. He himself knit you together.
13:32
You are incredibly loved by him. There's not another you out there. There's only one you. He says, You are my personal poemea, my poem, my work of art. You know, there's a lot of just nonsense self help books to help us build our self esteem, right?
13:54
A lot of self help books to help build our children's self esteem. How has that worked out? My gosh, if you read about the Millennials, those are kids that are from like 13 to 30, my kids fall right in the center. They are the most self absorbed kids the generation in America has ever seen. Because we didn't do the right self esteem approach.
14:15
You want to know something that will build your self esteem? Believe the truth of what God says. God says, I myself knit you together. Okay, you're pretty important. Jesus thought you were so important that He died to have a relationship with you.
14:31
And then He gives us the Holy Spirit to help us stand in grace, to help us live this life. That's a self esteem boost for me. What does standing in grace look like? It looks like I don't have to prove myself to God. We may feel like we have to prove ourselves to others, but God says, I love you.
14:55
You're worthy. You're my daughter. I love you to pieces. I'm here for you. I will help you.
15:03
I've got your back 20 fourseven. You come to me, we'll get through it together. And it might be a hard circumstance, but you're not alone. Standing in grace, He's there for you. You know, Paul believed these four blessings with all of his heart because he lived them out.
15:23
He said, Yes, I have full access. Yes, I have peace with God. Yes, I have I can stand in grace with God. And yes, I expect to see God working in my life. Only could he believe that to write this next verse, verse three.
15:42
He said, we glory, and that word means we rejoice in our sufferings. Now that's just a crazy thing to say. Who rejoices in their sufferings? He says, We rejoice in our sufferings because we know that suffering produces perseverance, perseverance character, and character hope. First of all, what is Paul saying a suffering is?
16:10
Well, in the Greek, a suffering is any affliction, any tribulation, any stress that threatens you to say, God doesn't love me and God isn't good. Okay? And Paul taught the early Christian church in Acts fourteen twenty two. He says, Don't think it's abnormal when you have stresses. This isn't heaven.
16:37
You're gonna have a lot. This is what he said in Acts fourteen twenty two. He said, through many tribulations, we must enter the kingdom of God. So Paul was saying, get ready. You might lose a job.
16:51
You might have financial difficulty. You might have health issues, you might be betrayed by friends. Life can just get messy and no one knew that better than Paul. You know, not only did he suffer so many physical hardships, I mean, you read in Corinthians, he was beaten, he was stoned, he was shipwrecked, he was even bitten by a poisonous snake. I hate snakes, that He just went through so much.
17:22
But you know what else he went through? He was just out there sharing the Lord, encouraging others, and he went through such emotional hardship, betrayal after betrayal after betrayal from those he thought were his friends. I can't imagine this man going on without Jesus. In fact, he wrote to Timothy, he said, Do your best to come to me quickly. For Demas, because he loved the world, he just deserted me and went to Thessalonica.
17:53
Kreskens went to Galatia. Only Luke is with me, and Alexander the metal worker, he did a lot of harm to me. But the Lord will deal with him. He said at my first defense, no one came to support me. Everyone deserted me.
18:10
Can you imagine what was going through Paul's mind? But then I love what he says. He says, but you know who was there for me? The Lord. The Lord stood at my side and he gave me strength so that through me I could continue to proclaim the message.
18:29
He goes, I was even during this delivered from the lion's den. Can you imagine? Paul's like, okay, Lord, what the heck? I'm just teaching Bible study and now I'm gonna be eaten by a lion. But the Lord snatched him and delivered him.
18:43
And he said, the Lord will rescue me from every evil attempt and will bring me safely into his kingdom. To God be the glory. Yeah. Paul knew much about suffering. And I wanna lay down three points for you from scripture about tribulations and stresses.
19:04
Number one, God knows you personally. He knows every hair in your head. He knows how much you can handle, and he very carefully measures your own personal tribulations. That's why in Galatians it says, don't look at someone else and compare yourself because that is a real joy stealer. They're not your life.
19:27
Only you have your life with God. God carefully measures what you can handle, and he'll give it to you. Number two, why does he do that in the first place? Because he wants to use it wonderfully, not just for your life, but as a witness to other people. And number three, don't think that just because you're a Christian you have tribulations.
19:53
Every human being on the earth goes through stresses and suffering. But we are not alone. We have this incredible, rich resource to draw from. My Abba Father, Jesus Christ, I have his spirit in me. I'm not alone.
20:14
So ladies, how are we doing today? You know, if we would just have a one on one and I would say to you, how are you doing when the you know what hits the fan? I mean, basically, we have two choices, don't we? We either stress and we worry and we become bitter and frustrated and angry, or we do what? We say, you know what, Lord?
20:43
This didn't slip by you. You're up to something good. Just help me get through it. Help me get through it, Jesus. I love what Timothy Keller says.
20:55
He says, worry. Worry is believing that God cannot get it right. Far be it for any of us to say that. And bitterness is believing that God got it wrong. No, we're not going there.
21:15
God gives us the grace to stand. How exactly does that grace work? You know, there's a principle in scripture that grace works through truth. So you have to know the truth. Jesus said, Moses just gave the law, but I came to give you grace and truth.
21:35
And Peter encouraged us and said, make sure we continue to grow in the grace and truth. And John said, you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free, free from worry, free from self pity, free from self reliance. And Paul lays it down for us three beautiful truths about suffering. What is truth number one? That suffering brings perseverance.
22:05
Okay. What's the word for perseverance here? It's endurance. If something happens in your life and it's hard and it's painful and we turn to the Lord and we say, I'm getting through this with you no matter what, I am not gonna turn against you. And I will not say I don't trust you.
22:25
I'm going to say I trust you. It is the visual that Paul gives is like steel. Steel can be flexible and breakable, but when put through the fire, it comes out on the other side and guess what? It's unbreakable. And Paul says, if you will just endure, your faith is gonna become unbreakable.
22:51
It's gonna become stronger and stronger with everything you endure with Jesus, everything. And then Paul later on in Romans fourteen:four said, And you will stand. You will stand by the grace of God because He Himself will help you stand. Amen? I mean, that's amazing to me.
23:13
That's why Paul said we can rejoice. You know, I was talking to someone recently and they were like, yeah, I don't go to church anymore. I just I didn't like what I saw in the Christians. And and basically what she was telling me is that she had never experienced very many mature Christians. And I think this is why ladies, I really do.
23:35
We can't mature if we won't endure. We just can't. We can't come out on the other side with any faith if we don't have the attitude, I'm gonna get through this fire Lord. I love what the Psalmist says. He says, You cry all night because joy cometh in the morning.
23:54
Yeah, we can cry through our persevering, but we're keeping our eyes on Jesus because we know a better day is coming. Truth number two, Paul teaches us that perseverance brings about character. You wanna see godly character, you endure with Him. For the Christian, suffering always has a purpose. First Peter one:six through seven says, in all this, you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you are suffering in grief and trials.
24:32
These have come to prove your faith genuine because it is more precious than gold that is refined by the fire and it will result, if we allow it, in the glory and honor of Jesus Christ. Amy, can you put up image number three? Martin Luther says, and I think this is so true, he says, Whatever's in us, it's gonna come to the surface when we have trials. And I was just thinking, I stubbed my toe the other day and I was like, yeah. And I was like, Why did I want to say a bad word?
25:12
Why did that come to the surface? And that is just a little stubbing of the toe. So whatever is in there is going to come up. And I love the visual that Peter gives us about the gold. You know, gold is considered the most precious metal, right?
25:29
So how do they get to the pure gold? Well, the craftsman heats the fire to 1,800 degrees and as he's heating it, all the junk, all the impurities, it's called the dross, keeps coming up and then he skims it off and then he heats it again and he skims it off. And what he's left with is pure gold. And that's the visual that Paul is giving us. He's like, every time that you're going through something that throws you out of your comfort zone, God's going to bring some junk up And you skim it off, and you say, I'm going for the gold character of God.
26:12
You recognize, okay, Lord, there's a lot of doubt in me. Help me believe you. Okay, Lord, I just had a huge pity party for myself. I'm a daughter of the king. I need to feel sorry for myself.
26:26
And you skim off that junk. You skim it off every time. And what you're left with is the golden character of wisdom and gentleness and humbleness and empathy. I don't wanna share my problems with someone who hasn't gone through that because they just look at me like and pat me in the back and say, well, good luck. But people who have done that, they can look at you and say, I am so sorry.
26:56
Let me pray with you. I've been there. Do you know people that have been through a lot? I mean, they're either very bitter or they are the most beautiful people that you've ever known in your life, the most gentle, loving souls because they've skimmed off that junk and they've gone for the golden character of God. And that's what he desires to build in all of us.
27:23
Truth number three is that character will bring about hope. Now how does it bring about hope? I love what John Piper says. He says, When our faith has been tried and persevered and proven genuine and authentic, guess what happens to us? We know it's real.
27:44
We know it's real because we saw God working. We felt his presence. We know he heard our prayers. We know he got us through that day. We see him moving in family members that we love and we stop doubting.
28:02
It gives us a hope that we'll not disappoint. Amy, can you put up number four? This is my precious friend, Renee. I gotta tell you, I saw hope in this girl that I will never ever forget. A year and a half ago, New Year's Day, my son was I was like, Okay Lord, can I just please share this without crying?
28:38
My son was skiing and he called me and he said, Mom, I've got some really bad news. Renee's son Matthew was in a tragic accident last night and died. Matthew was Grayson and Julia's friend. Now hearing that kind of news is just bad in itself. There is just it's just it's heartbreaking.
29:00
But my mind cannot get around it because I said, Grayson, no, not Matthew Nichols, that's Renee's son. Renee's fighting for her life with colon cancer and now she lost her son and Grayson goes, mom, miss Matthew. Grayson and I went to the funeral. Renee was so sick. I I was just, like, praying she could get through the funeral.
29:27
And everybody just held their breath. She stood up. She walked up to that microphone, and there was a strength and peace and joy that came over that woman. She gave the strongest, most beautiful eulogy of her son, knowing he was in heaven. And I said to her later, I said, Renee, honey, how are you even standing?
29:58
She said, Deborah, my hope is in the Lord. I'm gonna see good from this. I will. I know I will. I will never forget that.
30:11
That she was gonna endure no matter what with Jesus at her side. Well, this summer, we were driving home from church and the Lord just put on my heart to text her. I said, hey, baby girl. How are you doing? Greg and I have been praying for you.
30:29
It's just been in my heart really heavy the last couple days. She texted me right back and she said, Deborah, I'm suffering so much. I've just taken a turn. And do you have a word for me from the Lord? I said, oh my gosh.
30:57
There's no words. I said, let me get back to you tomorrow. The Lord woke me up in the middle of the night and I wanna share some of the things I sent her in an email. He led me to Timothy Keller's book, Walking with God Through Pain and Suffering. If you need a great resource for pain and suffering, I highly recommend Timothy Keller, Walking with God through Pain and Suffering.
31:32
I emailed her these quotes: The end of the day, no matter what precautions we take, no matter how well we have put together a good life, no matter how hard we have worked to be healthy, wealthy, comfortable with friends and family and successful, something will inevitably ruin it. Something's going to come along. Christianity teaches, however, that there is always meaning in the suffering. Opposite of Buddhism, suffering is real. Opposite of karma, it's often unfair.
32:13
And opposite of secularism, it has a meaning. There is a purpose to it. And if faced rightly, it can drive us like a nail deep into the love of God and into more stability and spiritual power than we ever imagined. It fits to glorify God. It not only fits reality because God is infinitely and supremely praiseworthy, but it fits us as nothing else.
32:42
All the beauty we've looked for in people and places and all the love that we've looked for in the arms of others is really only fully present in Jesus Christ. It really is. And so in every action by which we treat him as glorious as he is, whether it's through prayer or singing or opening his word or fellowshipping with others, we are giving God his due. And in that, we fulfill our own design. And the only love that will never disappoint is his love, and it will be waiting for you always.
33:32
Renee emailed me back and she said that was a good word. That was good. She said, I want you to know, I'm okay, Deborah. Renee is with the Lord today. She has been reunited with Matthew.
33:53
You think she doesn't see the glory of the Lord? I know that he gave her glimpses because you couldn't be like she was to the very end bearing a son and then facing your own death and leaving your other son and your husband. You couldn't rejoice like she did. The Lord will give us whatever we need to get there, guys. He will.
34:18
Praise God for that visual. He did not disappoint her. Paul goes on to say in Romans five:five, This hope will not disappoint because the love of God will be poured into our hearts. During that trial, trust me, Renee had her days where there was a lot of crying and grief. That's only human.
34:43
But she would wipe it off and say, I'm going back to trusting you, Lord. And that hope did not disappoint her because during that time, God didn't just give her a drip of love. He poured his love into her heart. He poured it into her heart. You know, the pouring of God's love is not just a doctrine.
35:06
It's an experience. We all want that experience, don't we? We all want to experience God's love. I promise you, if you seek him, you will find it. It's a promise he gives to all of us.
35:24
Paul goes on to write, You see, at just the right time, when we were powerless, Christ died for us as ungodly. Very rarely will a person die for a righteous person, though a good person, someone might die. But God demonstrated his love for us that while we were sinners, Christ died for us. Paul said, we were hostile to God. We were enemies to him.
35:51
That's real love. It's hard to love in someone who's hostile to you and who's an enemy to you. God says, can you imagine how much more I will do for you when you come into that inner room, when you believe in me, when you declare yourself as my daughter, can you imagine how much more I'm gonna do for you? Paul writes in verse nine, since we have been justified by his blood, we've been washed by the blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath? We don't ever need to worry about that wrath.
36:28
Praise God. I can tell you just getting a little glimpse of a tornado. I don't ever wanna experience God's wrath. For if while we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his son, how much more having been reconciled shall we be saved through his life? Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through Jesus Christ through whom we have received that reconciliation.
36:56
What does reconciliation mean? To be reconciled to someone, what does that mean? It means there's no more problems. Now there's harmony. Now we connect.
37:10
Now we're perfectly compatible. Am I compatible with the Lord? Oh, yes, I am. I came from his very hand. He wants me to walk in his spirit, to be reconciled.
37:25
You know, Jesus Christ in the New Living Translation, it says that we are now he is our friend, and we are his friend. God did everything he could to prove that he was our friend. My question to you this morning is, are you his friend? Are you a friend of God? Are you a friend of Jesus?
37:51
Since we're in Wyoming, and I know you've heard this before, but it's placed perfectly into this. There were two friends camping in the woods, and as they were having their morning coffee, they heard a noise coming toward them at full speed was a very large grizzly bear. One of them started pulling on her running shoes and her friend turned to her and said, You don't think you can outrun that grizzly bear, do you? And her friend said, Nope, I don't need to because I know I'm faster than you. And I thought, Okay, that is how so many so called friends are.
38:29
When trouble comes, they're out of there. And there is a saying that says, a friend is one who walks in when others walk out. There's no better friend than Jesus. He's always walking in. Doesn't matter who walks out in you.
38:46
He is walking in. Socrates said, friend? There's no such thing as a friend. I wish I could say to Socrates, you don't know the best friend you could ever have, Socrates. Proverbs eighteen twenty four says, a friend sticks closer than a brother.
39:07
Greater love has no one than this, that they will lay down his life for his friends, John fifteen thirteen. So through scripture, what does God want from me to be his friend? Two points I'm gonna leave you with. True friends of Jesus obey him. John fifteen fourteen says, you are my friends if you do whatever I command you.
39:35
Do you know why he says that you're my true friend if you obey me? Because he's looking for an intimate day by day walking with him. He's looking for consistency in the relationship. He's not looking for the friend who only calls when they need help. Do you have a friend like that?
39:57
How many of us do that to him? Oh my gosh. I haven't prayed all week, but I sure need him now. Jesus, dear Lord, he's not looking for that kind of friend. He wants to do life with you every single day.
40:11
A friend will obey him. Number two, true friends are active and passive. What do I mean by that? Well, some people think it's enough just to avoid what God forbids. Years ago, I had a friend, Vanessa, who quit coming to Bible study.
40:29
And I called her and I said, girl, where are you? What have you been doing? And she said, Deborah, I got this thing. She goes, I'm not committing adultery. I'm not doing anything bad.
40:40
God and I are good. I was like, well, I think there's a little more to it than that, Vanessa. And I think that's what the Lord is telling us here. I mean, yeah, that would be like saying as my friend that you're not going to hurt me or abuse me or gossip about me and yes, I would appreciate that, but I think I want a little more from you in a relationship. And that's what God is saying too.
41:07
God is saying, I want you to not just do the wrong things. I want you to do the right thing too. I want you to call on me. I want you to go deeper with me. I want you to say, I trust you.
41:22
I want you to say, Lord, let's talk about this together and I'm gonna seek your direction. The Lord wants give and take all the way. What is the Lord saying to you today? Is he saying, let's go deeper in that relationship. I'll be a true friend to you.
41:44
You just throw me a bone and see what I show you. He is the most amazing God ever. Lord, thank you for Romans five. Thank you for just your blessings that you promise us that we can come to you twenty four seven, that that we're not enemies anymore, that we're in the same side. You're on our side.
42:11
You've got our back. Thank you, father, that we can expect to see the good when we give it all to you. And thank you that someday we'll get to experience that glory in its full capacity. Thank you, father, for the amazing hope you give all of us. In Jesus' name, amen.
42:35
Amen.
