Everything worth knowing before you walk in, so the first Sunday does not feel like a first Sunday.

What to expect

Two services, same message, different music. 9:00 am is contemporary. 11:00 am is traditional, with hymns. Pick whichever sounds more like you.
Come a few minutes early. The welcome team is by the door, there is coffee in the fellowship hall, and you get to pick your seat instead of taking the one that is left.
Join us for the Connect Hour between services at 10:00 to grab a snack and meet a friend.
Dress like you would anywhere else in Jackson. Nobody is checking.
You will not be asked to stand up, introduce yourself, or fill anything out.
If you want to pray before the service, the Engine Room meets at 8:15 am in the youth wing downstairs. Everyone is welcome.
Passing through on vacation? People have been walking into this church off the road since 1911. That was the plan from the beginning.

Kids
Nursery and children's church both run during the school year. Through the summer it is nursery only. Awana, our children's program, meets Mondays from 5:45 to 7:30 pm for ages three through 5th grade, with Scripture, games and friends.
Parking
We are at 90 West Kelly, a couple of blocks off the town square.

Ask anything. Nobody minds a question like “is there really childcare for a two year old.”
