  1. 15:22 May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you you sent me and have loved them even as you loved me. Here, as the disciples of Jesus are listening to them... To him pray, Jesus puts a lot of emphasis on evangelism, whereby as they go out, those whom they are going to preach to would come to know Jesus because they were exalting him. The world would the world would would know Jesus because of their unity. And therefore, it's a call to evangelism. That All of Them May Be One
  2. 19:57 Only those that have bowed the knee to Jesus. Now one quick note that I need to make on evangelism is that while we need to have the courage to share our faith, we are not fulfilling our commandment from today if we see people as projects or chits or something to be accomplished. The best evangelism happens in the context of relationships. And in order for people to trust Christ, generally, they have to trust the Christian first. Your life is a witness and a testimony to the goodness of God, whether you want it to be or not. Love Your Neighbor As Yourself
  3. 35:23 Therefore, our unity is a way of evangelism. Most of us think of evangelism as going to tell, but people can know Jesus even by the way we behave, the way we live our Christian lives. And one of the ways is when they see the unity of the believers, they will see that, yes, Jesus is Lord and we reveal him to the world. And this gives me joy that I can go out there and live with my brothers and sisters in Christ, and people will come to know him. The fourth reason that I find is that our unity demonstrates our internal dwelling. That All of Them May Be One · Joseph Kamau Kabui
  4. 34:42 Here, I I fight the prayer of Jesus as the disciples were listening to him as a way of showing them the importance of evangelism, bringing people to Christ. How can we bring these people to Jesus? The world will know him if we are united. Our unity will demonstrate to the world that, yes, we are it will demonstrate to the world that they need Jesus because we are united. The world will will come to know him. 5. 49:35 Verse 22. I have given them the glory that you gave me that they may be one as we are one. I in them and you are in you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know here as the disciples of Jesus are listening to them, to him pray. Jesus puts a lot of emphasis on evangelism whereby as they go out, those whom they are going to preach to would come to know Jesus because they were exalting him. 6. 21:44 No one has ever gotten offended at that question. And they will love it and you will end up in more intentional conversations than you've ever thought possible. And the difference between asking those questions and starting a debate is seeing people in the image of God. And it makes clear that evangelism is not a chore, it's not a task, it's not a strategy, it is love. It is an outward reflection of an inward desire for the best for that person. Love Your Neighbor As Yourself
  7. 50:18 The world would the world would would know Jesus because of their unity. And therefore, it's a cause to evangelism. When we are united, people that surround us will look at us and know that we follow Jesus and they will desire to come to Jesus out of our unity. And the world will know that God sent Jesus and that he loved Jesus out of unity. And this is a prayer that Jesus is praying for his disciples showing that, yeah, you need to go out and evangelize. 8. 15:29 God is becoming more and more manifest in the church, and it's great to watch. It's great to watch the transformation. And we're now moving forward with a vision, and our vision is based on acts two, which is on worship. Focus focusing on adoring our God and teaching, really nourishing people in the word and making disciples and community fellowship and evangelism and service to others. So we're getting back to the roots, back to the way the primitive church was. His Spirit Was Provoked
  9. 43:48 This is relevant for a whole lot of stuff. This one just happens to be really special to me because of the way that God used it in my life personally. But here's the thing. Sometimes we as Christians, we assume that we learn the gospel and then we sort of move on from that as if it's Econ one zero one, Econ two zero one, three zero one. But the Bible knows nothing of that because the majority of the time that the gospel is preached in the Bible, it's not in evangelism. By Grace, Through Faith
  10. 18:51 I'm praying that God just overwhelms, is so manifest in the lives of people that it overflows, and they don't have a choice but to proclaim what he's done to their friends, their neighbors. We're working more towards a relational event evangelism. You could pray for that effort, that they help us that that we find better ways to speak of Jesus, to to show that Jesus is the only hope for this world. And I'm praying, frankly, that God blows our socks off. There's a good American. His Spirit Was Provoked
  11. 16:51 So it's worship, teaching, community fellowship, evangelism, and service to others. So we're getting back to our roots. And the church has a total of about a 120 members, but in in the worst of times, three years ago, we were lucky to get 20 or 30. And now we're slowly getting people back, and we're getting new people on the assembly, which is so great to see. This our church, the church of Sicily, is the only Protestant church in a community of about 35,000 people, and we're struggling. His Spirit Was Provoked Within Him
  12. 12:47 He speaks he speaks Swahili wonderfully. And so to go to a restaurant with somebody that's just that, you know, ebullient and flowing over and she does too but his is just amazing. So, pray for them, for their discipleship team, for farm products, for evangelism and I wanna pray for them right now. God, for our friends, Ted and Kim, thank you for introducing us through Steve Landis. Thank you for the support that this church has shown them and I pray lord that you would do your will and your way in Tanzania. A Tale of Three Cities
  13. 1:02 It's There's just two more weeks. I can't believe that there's only two more weeks, but tomorrow night, at the rodeo, 07:00. If you've got friends that are visiting here or are working here this summer and maybe they're on the fringe or or who Jesus is or they're they're not comfortable coming to church, that's a really safe place to bring them and they will get to worship the Lord, and they will get to hear gospel presentation about who Jesus is and who we we know that he is. So it's a it's a great opportunity for evangelism, but it's also a great opportunity to just come and be outside, and worship Jesus. It's so amazing. Joy Despite Imprisonment
  14. 13:45 If it's if it's direct evangelism, if it's helping to build in this organization that helps so many with physical needs, humanitarian aid sort of stuff, Lord, would you use us in the way that you intend? May we question what needs to be questioned, and may we challenge what needs to be challenged. At the same time, Lord, can we just help what needs to be helped? I pray that we would be loving, merciful, and forgiving people towards all that we come into contact with, and that would be winsome and attractive, Lord, that you would bring people into a meaningful relationship with you because of the humble obedience of this this church, these that are going. In Jesus' name, ask your blessing. We Must Run Aground on a Certain Island
